GSX Ventures, a leading name in upscale real estate investments, specializing in upscale student housing, multifamily residences, luxury senior communities, and medical offices. The newly designed website embodies our commitment to excellence and showcases our expertise in the real estate industry.
The existing color palette of orange, dark brown, and light brown will be retained to maintain a sense of familiarity. However, we propose a more refined and modern logo that symbolizes the firm's commitment to growth and progress. The logo will feature a unique combination of architectural elements, representing the firm's expertise in real estate development.
The current color palette is well-suited for the real estate industry and evokes feelings of warmth, stability, and sophistication. We will preserve the use of orange as the primary brand color, while dark brown and light brown will serve as complementary shades.
A carefully selected typography combination exudes professionalism and approachability. A clean and modern sans-serif font serves as the primary typeface, lending a contemporary touch to our brand identity. Complementing this, an elegant serif font adds a touch of sophistication to our written communications.
